Fette Compacting has made a rule of standing by the side of the customer in every situation as a competent partner - globally.
For this the company has built up a comprehensive service network. It consists of five subsidiaries at the important locations of the pharmaceutical industry in the USA (Rockaway NJ), Latin America (Campinas, Brazil), India (Goa), China (Nanjing) and Asia (Singapore), as well as over 40 representatives world-wide.

Fette Compacting accompanies all phases of the product life cycle of a tablet press from consultation to service and maintenance, up to customer-specific process optimization. There is always a service technician available for the customer from one of the 50 globally available customer service employees from Fette Compacting as well another 30 service technicians at the company representatives on site.

The company's service features begin already before the purchase of a machine with a comprehensive consultation. In the technical center in Schwarzenbek customer can run trials on the most updated machines under production conditions. The installation and certification of the presses can be accompanied by our customer service employees, who have mechanical and electrical training.

During running production Fette Compacting supports customers through individual application consultation and service contracts, which are tailored exactly to the individual presses and processes. The offer reaches from standard service contracts up to a comprehensive phone support with a 24-hour Hotline as well as remote service and maintenance. User training is included in the service offer, supply of OEM individual parts and tools, as well as retrofitting sets for older machine generations or used machines.
