Schwarzenbek, 09th December 2015 - n-tv, the news channel, awarded Fette Compacting GmbH on 19 November 2015 at the Palmengarten in Frankfurt. The jury selected the world market leader in tableting technology as one of three outstanding medium-sized companies in the "Brand" category. The reason: Fette Compacting has successfully marketed its product around the world in the B2B sector.
This competition was the fifth time that n-tv recognized the family-managed company, based in Germany. These "Hidden Champions" are not widely known to the public at large, but are keeping the German economic engine running at full speed. They include Fette Compacting of Schwarzenbek, the global market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical tablet presses. Almost half of all the tablets produced gobally were made on one of the approximately 5000 machines that the north German firm has installed around the world.
