From basic tests and pressing tests to consultations with tableting experts—the Fette Compacting Technical Center in Schwarzenbek offers a special service, which is open to all (potential and existing) customers.
The center offers a wide range of services. Thus, for example, with basic tests, it is examined as to which characteristics are exhibited by a substance when it is pressed. In addition, the experts advise on the technical efficiency of a machine, and sample productions can even be carried out.
In total, six experts work in the Fette Compacting technical center, all of whom possess a great deal of experience in the field of tableting.

With over 600 square meters of floor space, our facilities include the following:
- Rooms for presentation and approval as well as for pressing tests and for preparation
- Two special rooms for washing-in-place demonstrations with demineralized water preparation equipment, dust filter equipment and isolators for containment simulation
- Climate-controlled pressing rooms with handling system, e.g. for drum and big-bag feeding
- All press rooms have blinds to ensure confidentiality and the observation of nondisclosure agreements.
