Maximum safety for operating personnel: isolators from Fette Compacting prevent increased substance exposure and provide extremely high protection.
The tableting specialists offer three different isolators:
- with vertical deduster and Metalcheck
- with in-process control
- with vertical deduster, Metalcheck and in-process control
All transfer ports and flaps are perfectly sealed. Over eight production hours, the occupational exposure level (OEL) is just 0.1 μg/cum. Using the integrated glove ports, operators can work comfortably inside the isolator. Materials can be removed through the RTP flaps without contamination.
If the isolator is combined with the Fette Compacting WiP Center, the device can be cleaned perfectly, unmanned, in a very short period of time. High-quality materials and ergonomic construction are of course provided by Fette Compacting as standard.
