Handling arm
With single rotary presses, an integrated technical solution allows for the rapid refitting of the tablet press: A handling arm is securely anchored in the machine column. With the aid of this arm, the turret is loaded with pinpoint accuracy onto the fitting trolley or replaced in the machine. As no further tools are necessary, the replacement process can be carried out by one person.
Battery handling system
The Fette Compacting handling system carries out the replacement of turrets precisely. This saves a considerable amount of time during installation and dismantling. With the aid of the electronic drive a single operator can undertake the turret replacement ergonomically, safely and rapidly.
IP 65 handling system
The Fette Compacting wash-in-place technology places high demands on the peripheral equipment. That's why the handling system has a housing that complies with IP65 equipment safety requirements, and the electronic components comply with IP 67 safety requirements.
