Telesupport is a firm component of our service concept. Our fast response times and central database enable us to give targeted help on questions about production. In this way, many problems can be solved during first contact.
In order to be able to help quickly in the event of a problem, our trained remote support team have constant access to Fette Compacting's central knowledge database. Moreover, experts with specialist knowledge are also available if required. In so doing, the goal is always the same: a quick and effective resolution of the problem by means of telephone dialog between the machine operator and the Fette Compacting service representative.

- Fette Compacting in-house personnel with extensive qualifications in all technical fields: mechanics, electrics and electronics, soft- and hardware product testing
- service in German and English
- confirmation of the actual state via telecommunication and using the data obtained
- analysis of the processes and data captured
- testing the deviations between the actual state and the target state
- analysis of the confirmed deviations to find their cause
- support during remote repair (where possible)
