Our new Sustainability Report provides comprehensive insights into our activities, progress, and challenges in 2024.
For the first time, we have voluntarily aligned ourselves with the new EU directive on sustainability reporting (CSRD). In doing so, we are consciously taking a step forward: we are creating transparency, gaining valuable experience with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and preparing early for the future reporting requirements that will come into effect in 2028.
A key element of the report is the Double Materiality Analysis (DMA) of the LMT Group. Working closely with numerous departments, we systematically assessed the most important sustainability issues for our company and stakeholders – from environmental and climate protection to human rights and responsible corporate governance.
The report shows where we currently stand, where we aim to improve, and how we are gradually embedding sustainability even more deeply into our business model.
