Training is available as an independent course for both tablet presses and the FE CPS. Depending on the machine type, the relevant operating principles, safety functions, and system overviews are communicated. Participants set up and reference the system as well as carrying out initial production and monitoring processes. Practical exercises ensure a safe introduction.

Operation
Operator training is available as independent courses for both tablet presses and the FE CPS and ePAT systems. Depending on the respective system, they communicate the key skills required for safe and efficient operation. Participants learn how to set up machines, adapt production parameters, and start and monitor processes in accordance with specifications. They also learn how to detect wear and process deviations at an early stage and to initiate suitable measures.

Cleaning and Setup
Training courses on cleaning and setup are available as independent courses for both tablet presses and the FE CPS. Depending on the respective system, participants learn how to properly disassemble, clean, store, and reassemble process units and machine components. Step by step, they are taught how to prepare, set up, and ready the equipment for the next stage.

Maintenance Basics
The focus is on basic maintenance steps. Participants learn how to make general settings, correctly handle wear parts, and work with reference marks and zero adjustment. Mechanical Maintenance
Maintenance training for tablet presses communicates the mechanical know-how for safe operation, systematic troubleshooting, and independent implementation of maintenance tasks. This supports high and stable machine availability. In addition, a separate WiP maintenance training course is offered for Wash-in-Place tablet presses. This intensifies mechanical maintenance knowledge specifically for the automated cleaning concept and enables participants to safely maintain equipment components, make adjustments, and resolve malfunctions in a targeted manner.

Electronic Maintenance
Electronics training for tablet presses communicates the requisite know-how for reliable operation, systematic troubleshooting, and independent implementation of electronic maintenance tasks. Participants obtain a structured overview of electronic systems, components, and controls. In addition, a separate electronics training course for Wash-in-Place (WiP) tablet presses is available, addressing the specific features of the WiP design and contributing to consistently high machine availability.

WiP and Air Management
The focus is on handling the WiP tablet press and the associated process equipment. Participants become familiar with the system components and safely prepare the machine and equipment for the cleaning process. FE CPS Formulations
This training course teaches participants how to operate the FE CPS safely, as well as how to develop and optimize continuous processes. Participants will learn to develop new recipes, adjust process-relevant parameters with precision, and select appropriate process components. In addition, the course covers powder characterization and provides practical instruction on system control and the optimization of continuous processes.

Tabletint Performance
Training is designed for experienced users and covers the systematic resolution of production-relevant errors as well as the independent implementation of performance-optimized processes. 2-layer Tableting

This training covers the correct adjustment of internal process parameters, the evaluation of logs, and the proper operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the tablet tester. Tableting Tools
