2026 IHK Best Trainee Awards

Triple Success

Three former Fette Compacting apprentices are among the best graduates of their year. Jette Dreyer, Theo Beyer, and Enes Coban were honored by the Lübeck Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for their outstanding examination results. Fette Compacting also received three certificates in recognition of its commitment to high-quality vocational training.

On September 23, 2026, the spotlight was on young professionals at Kultur Gut Hasselburg in Altenkrempe, Germany. The annual IHK awards ceremony celebrated the top vocational training graduates in the Lübeck chamber district. Three of them completed their training at Fette Compacting.

Three Talents. Three Success Stories.

Jette Dreyer completed her vocational training as an industrial clerk in June, earning the highest German grade of "very good." She has continued her career at Fette Compacting and now contributes her ideas and expertise as a Content Creator.

Theo Beyer also achieved an outstanding result. He completed his mechatronics technician apprenticeship in June with a grade of "very good" – after shortening his training period to just three years. Today, he is part of the Fette Compacting maintenance team.

Enes Coban successfully completed his training as a machining technician in January, earning a grade of "good." Although his career has since taken him beyond Fette Compacting, his achievement and the time spent training together remain a source of pride.

Recognizing Excellence in Vocational Training

The IHK Best Trainee Awards recognize more than individual achievements. They also acknowledge the companies that help make these successes possible. Fette Compacting received a certificate for each of its three award-winning graduates.

This triple recognition reinforces our commitment to providing young talents with high-quality vocational training and a strong foundation for their professional future. We continuously develop our training programs, combining technical expertise with hands-on experience.

The key to success is the people behind our training programs: trainers, training coordinators, and colleagues who share their knowledge, encourage individual strengths, and support young professionals as they begin their careers.
